We provide a 15-Year Structural Warranty on all load-bearing concrete frames, foundation piles, pre-engineered steel frames (PEB trusses, rafters, purlins), and structural welds. This warranty guarantees that the engineered structure will withstand its designed load parameters under ordinary circumstances, conforming entirely to national safety standards.
2. 100% Design-Phase Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with the look and spatial efficiency of your structure before laying foundation stones. We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on your design retainer deposit during the initial drafting phase:
- If you are not satisfied with the conceptual floor plans, 3D elevations, or structural layouts during the first three design iterations, you can cancel the contract.
- We will refund 100% of your design deposit immediately, no questions asked.

3. Milestone Performance & Timing Guarantee
We understand that timing is critical, especially for industrial and commercial projects. All of our building contracts feature a Milestone Delivery Guarantee:
- We pledge to hit key construction stages (foundations, PEB frame erection, masonry, utility testing, occupancy handoff) within the timelines specified in the project calendar.
- If a milestone is delayed due to our operational failure (excluding force majeure events like flooding, strikes, or permit delays), we apply a pre-agreed financial credit to your subsequent milestone invoice.
4. Certified Material Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that only premium, pre-tested materials are used in our building projects. We supply testing certificates (mill certificates for steel, concrete cube test logs, structural weld ultrasonic inspection logs) for all materials deployed on site:
- Structural Steel: Fe345 or Fe250 high-tensile grade.
- Cement: Grade 53 OPC/PPC from authorized premium suppliers.
- Prefab Panels: Fire-retardant, high-density insulation composite cores.
5. Claims and Inspections
If any material defect or settlement issue is suspected, clients can file a direct warranty claim to info@signaturestructuresindia.com. Within 48 hours of submission, a senior structural engineer led by Thiru. G. Simon Calistus Raj will inspect the site and recommend concrete mitigation procedures at zero expense to the client if structural faults are confirmed.
