Welcome to Signature Structures India. By accessing our services, requesting design consultation, entering construction agreements, or reviewing our blueprints, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Signature Structures India is a licensed construction and real estate development firm registered with the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA). We provide architectural drafting, structural analysis, pre-engineered building (PEB) fabrication, on-site general contracting, and real estate development. The specific scope of work, technical specifications, and materials will be detailed in individual project execution agreements.
2. Blueprint Intellectual Property
All design assets, AutoCAD layouts, structural models, calculations, and architectural drafts developed by Signature Structures India remain the exclusive intellectual property of the firm until final balance invoice settlement. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these blueprints solely for the specific project site detailed in the contract.
3. Progress Milestone Payments
Construction projects are invoiced based on agreed milestone stages (e.g., design sign-off, foundation laying, PEB framing, masonry, utilities, handover). Milestone invoices are payable within 14 business days of submission. Work on subsequent milestones may be suspended if outstanding balances are not cleared within the specified payment window.
4. Regulatory clearances & Permits
Unless explicitly written into the project scope, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary CMDA approvals, corporation building licenses, and water/electricity link clearances. Signature Structures India will supply the necessary structural drawing booklets, calculation logs, and certificates of design safety to support regulatory applications.
5. Liability Limits
Signature Structures India will not be held liable for project delays caused by occurrences outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to heavy monsoon flooding, material supply chain disruptions, regulatory delay, or labor union strikes. Our structural warranty is voided if any unauthorized modifications are made to the load-bearing concrete frames or steel pre-engineered trusses without our consultation.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to our construction activities or service agreements will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
